THE RED SCHEME

This scheme sets out clear and concise procedures from initial enquiry, through a project right up to our aftercare service.  It helps us to standardise what we do and carefully monitor performance.  On site, our scheme is headed up by our own Quality Assurance Surveyor who makes weekly inspections solely to monitor and record quality and adherence to specification.  Those inspections form the basis of a monthly report which is sent to our clients comprising a Site Manager’s Update; Quality Assurance Photographic Report; Independent Health and Safety Report; Updated Program and a Financial Update.  These reports give our clients and their agents a real insight into what is happening on site, and maintain an ‘open book’ policy which helps us to work alongside our clients to achieve the best result.

THE BLUE SCHEME

We regularly hold CPD training with our operatives and industry leading suppliers to ensure that we are up to date with the latest technology and continue to be industry leaders in this field.  Our staff follow clear procedures and all attend regular internal and external training schemes to keep their approach fresh and dynamic.  Essentially we are looking to provide the best team of professionals for your Major Works project.
